Try it out
See it running before you commit to anything
Look around a club already running on RunClub HQ, then book a call and we'll set up a 90-day pilot with your own members.
See a real club
A full RunClub HQ site with a season's worth of a running club's life in it — training nights and races, results and club records, news, and a committee's own pages. Nothing is a mock-up, and it's rebuilt from scratch every night, so click anything you like.
The demo club is ours to click apart. A real club is live and public today — its own site, nothing behind the scenes.
Look inside
Two seats you can use right now, no call needed — pick one on the sign-in page and it shows you the code. Neither can send an email or change a record, and the whole club resets overnight.
Look around as a member
The app your runners use to join, renew, book onto sessions and check in.

What a committee sees: membership, events, finances and club health. Read-only.

Book a discovery call
Half an hour, at a time that suits you. It's a walk through the platform against how your club actually runs, and an honest answer on whether it fits — there is nothing to prepare.
What you'll see on the call:
- The member appHow members join, renew, and take part in your club
- The admin panelReal-time visibility into membership, payments, and events
- Payment integration setupConnect GoCardless and start collecting payments
- Migration planningHow we help you move your existing member data
- Q&A timeAsk anything about your club's specific needs

We set up your pilot
Once we've spoken, your club goes live as a 90-day pilot on the real platform. We import your members from England Athletics, assign your club admin, and open it up for 25 people to have a play — free, with nothing to sign yet.
Take your time
