How we calculate your tier
Your tier is based on your average active member count over the previous 12 months, or however long you've been using the platform if shorter.
An active member is anyone you've applied a paid subscription to.
This means seasonal fluctuations won't suddenly bump you up a tier. We calculate based on your rolling average, not your peak membership.
